The success of Virtual360 starts by providing the Client with a clean, fresh, and updated database of target contacts.
Virtual360 started assisting the Client with organizing the database for their Asia-Pacific (APAC) contacts. The challenge in that first year was there were no usable contacts and accounts, contact details stored in their existing database were stale and inaccurate. Virtual360 tackled the problem by working with the Client’s Marketing Department to conduct call-to-invite campaigns and set appointments with their prospective clients. This generated fresh contacts for the client’s APAC database. Virtual360 also ensured that the database was kept fresh and took care of the cleaning and maintenance of the contact list.
In the second year with the Client, Virtual360 was asked to organize the database for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa contacts (EMEA). At this time, the Client acquired multiple businesses which meant entering and storing a huge amount of data to their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Virtual360 took on the challenge in stride and produced results that helped the client then and through the years.
Now, Virtual360 manages the client’s database and continues to provide database acquisition services by working closely with their Business Development Representative and Marketing Department for over 6 years since June of 2018.
